Mourinho criticizes FA for not banning Yaya Toure

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, has slammed the Football Association, for not banning Manchester City midfielder, Yaya Toure and has predicted that there will now be more off-the-ball incidents in the league.

Toure appeared to kick out at Norwich striker Ricky van Wolfswinkel, during their goalless draw at Carrow Road on Staurday – an incident which referee Jon Moss missed.

However, three former elite referees, who make up the FA’s new video panel, cleared the Ivorian of all wrongdoing.
